Welcome to Lumori! By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any Lumori services, games, items, or features, you agree to follow these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These rules help keep Lumori fun, safe, and fair for everyone.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Lumori, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules posted throughout the platform. If you do not agree, please do not use Lumori.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your password, transfer your account, or allow others to use it without permission. Any activity on your account is your responsibility.
3. Fair Play Rules
Cheating, exploiting bugs, using unauthorized scripts, bots, macros, or any unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Players found abusing game systems may receive warnings, suspensions, resets, or permanent termination.
4. Respectful Conduct
Lumori is a shared community. Harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, bullying, spam, or disruptive behavior toward other players or staff is not allowed.
5. Virtual Currency (Lums)
Lums are Lumori’s virtual currency and are used only within the Lumori platform. Lums:
- have no real-world monetary value,
- cannot be exchanged for cash,
- may not be sold, traded, or transferred outside Lumori,
- can be removed or adjusted if obtained unfairly,
- if sold or bought both accounts will be permanently banned for "USDing".
6. Virtual Items & Inventory
Items, cosmetics, badges, and digital assets are licensed to your account for use within Lumori. They remain part of the Lumori platform and may not be copied, duplicated, sold externally, or exploited.
7. User Content
If Lumori allows you to upload usernames, profile content, avatars, or other creations, you agree not to post anything illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringing on someone else's rights.
8. Intellectual Property
The Lumori name, logo, games, systems, artwork, code, sounds, and platform content are owned by Lumori unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially use platform assets without permission.
9. Platform Security
Attempting to attack, overload, bypass, scan, or interfere with Lumori systems or servers is prohibited. This includes DDoS attempts, exploits, unauthorized access, and malicious automation.
10. Moderation Rights
Lumori reserves the right to warn, suspend, restrict, reset, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten platform safety.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for serious violations, abuse, fraud, or harmful activity. Terminated accounts may lose access to all saved progress, items, and virtual currency.
12. Service Availability
Lumori may change, update, pause, or remove features, games, items, or services at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability.
13. Purchases & Refunds
If paid features are introduced, all purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Abuse of payment systems may result in account restrictions.
14. Privacy
Your use of Lumori is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected, stored, and protected.
15. Updates to These Terms
These Terms may change as Lumori grows. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
